Support

A question, a problem, a request about your data: write to us. One address, a real person at the other end.

Contact us

contact@pelio.app

This is the only support channel. There is no phone number, no chat and no form on this site: we collect nothing here.

Target response time: 2 working days. Support is handled in French and in English.

To speed things up, include: the e-mail address of your account, your phone (iPhone or Android) and, if you can, what you did just before the problem.

Never send us your password. We will never ask for it.

Common questions

Where can I download the app?

Nowhere yet: Pélio is not published on the App Store or Google Play. There is deliberately no download link on this site until that is true. No release date is announced.

When exactly do the reminders go out?

Two per appointment: two days before, then on the morning of. They are sent by our server — your phone can be off, out of coverage or charging, and the SMS still goes out.

Sending is restricted to 8am–8pm (Paris time): no reminder wakes your client at 6am. A reminder due outside that window is moved inside it.

My client did not get the SMS. What now?

Check three things first:

  • the phone number on the client record — a mistyped or landline number cannot receive SMS;
  • whether reminders are enabled for that client (the switch on their record);
  • your monthly SMS quota100 SMS included, reset on the 1st of each month. Once reached, reminders stop going out until it resets. The app tells you and shows the counter.

The app keeps the delivery state of every reminder and the text actually sent, so you can read it back. If a reminder failed for no visible reason, write to us with the date and the client's first name.

A client no longer wants reminders.

Turn reminders off on their record: it takes effect immediately and lasts until you turn them back on. You can also adjust the cadence.

Reminders are transactional messages: they announce an agreed appointment and carry no advertising. You must have told your clients they will receive them — the app asks you to confirm this before the first send.

How much does it cost, and how does the trial work?

€19 incl. tax per month, or €190 incl. tax per year. One price, and no commission on what you charge your clients.

The free trial lasts 30 days or 40 SMS, whichever comes first. No card details are asked. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The subscription is managed by the app store, so cancellation happens there too:

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pélio → Cancel subscription.
  • Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pélio → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; you keep access until then. The path is also shown inside the app.

How do I delete my account and my data?

From the app, in your settings: deletion is available directly, without going through us. It asks for your password to confirm, then erases your data and your clients' data and signs out all your devices.

Cancel your subscription before deleting your account: the subscription lives with Apple or Google, and deleting the Pélio account does not cancel it.

If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@pelio.app.

I forgot my password.

Use “forgot password” on the sign-in screen: a reset link is sent to your account address. Check your spam folder — our e-mails sometimes land there while the domain is new.

If you signed up with “Sign in with Apple” or “with Google”, you have no Pélio password: sign back in with the same button.

Does Pélio do my invoicing?

No. Version 1 produces no invoices, no quotes and no payment tracking: it is a scheduling and reminder tool, nothing else. We would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.

Where is my data, and who owns it?

It is hosted in France, at OVHcloud, and does not leave the European Union. It is yours: you can export it to CSV at any time, and erase it. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for any advertising.

The detail is in the privacy policy.

I am a client of a cleaner who uses Pélio and I get SMS from her.

Those reminders are sent by your provider, not by us: she decides to send them and she is responsible for your data. Ask her directly to stop the reminders or erase your details — she can do it in seconds in the app.

If you cannot reach her, write to contact@pelio.app and we will pass the request on.

I want to report a bug or suggest an improvement.

Write to us. Feedback from the first users weighs heavily on what gets built next — we have no product committee, we have an inbox.
