Your clients get their reminder on their own

A missed appointment is a trip for nothing and an hour lost. Pélio cannot prevent that for you — it does the thing you never have time for: reminding them, every single time.

The app

What the app does

  • Automatic SMS reminders

    Two days before and on the morning of. Sent by the server, between 8am and 8pm only — never at night.

  • Your schedule

    Your week in plain sight. Every job carries a status: planned, confirmed, done, cancelled.

  • Recurring jobs

    Weekly, fortnightly, monthly: set it once and it comes back on its own. Every occurrence gets its reminder.

  • Your client list

    Contact details, address, access instructions (encrypted), job history. Yours, exportable to CSV whenever you want.

  • Reminders in your client's language

    You write in French; the SMS goes out in the language you set for that client. Thirteen languages are supported.

  • Your clients are yours

    No marketplace, no middleman, no commission on your work. Pélio is a tool, not a platform that stands between you and your clients.

One price. No hidden add-on, no commission on what you invoice.

100 SMS included every month — enough for about 50 appointments, since each appointment gets 2 reminders (two days before, and on the morning itself). The counter resets on the 1st of each month.

If you reach that cap, the app tells you and reminders stop until the next month. You can see the counter in the app at any time.

Free trial: 30 days or 40 SMS — whichever comes first.

No card details are asked for the trial. If you do not subscribe, nothing happens: nothing is charged, there is nothing to cancel.

Subscriptions are bought and cancelled through the App Store or Google Play. Cardasoft never has access to your card details.

This website collects nothing

No form, no waiting list, no cookie, no tracker, no analytics. Not a single request is made to a third party: no remote fonts, no external scripts, no social buttons. Check it in your browser's network tab.

So there is no banner to accept — we have nothing to ask you.

In the app, your clients' data is hosted in France, at OVHcloud. You remain the controller of that data; we only process it to run the service. Privacy policy →
